Figure B a, b, c, d and Figure C a, b, c, d shows the percentage of Granzyme B release from the effector cells of normal controls and the HIV patients using an R2 gate after the 4 hr cytotoxicity assay with E: T ratios of 1:1, 10:1, 25:1 and 50:1 respectively. Percent Granzyme B expression is represented on the FL-2 axis (PE).
